01 / Ticketing & access

From buying tickets
to entering the event.

I contributed to the development of web and mobile ticketing solutions for ticket purchases and access control, taking care to make every interaction clear, simple, and seamless.

02 / Seat selection

From venue maps to seat selection.

My work in ticketing included web and mobile interfaces for exploring venue maps, comparing seating options, and choosing seats, with attention to clarity and continuity throughout the purchase journey.

A fictional seat selection journey on desktop and mobile: zoom into the map and enter N-02, with curved rows and only one available seat. Return to the map and enter N-03, with straight rows and a central aisle, then pan and zoom its seats. Both screens select three adjacent seats in row D, 08 through 10. No real booking is made.

03 / Visual editor

Engineering visual editing tools.

I designed tools to create and edit complex venue maps and turn them into interactive experiences within the purchase flow.

Scroll-guided editor demonstration: create a misplaced polygon, edit a vertex, move it into place, pan, zoom and save. This fictional demo does not store a real map.

04 / Operational interfaces

Engineering
operational interfaces.

I designed and built backoffice tools from scratch to manage resources and configurations, with clear interfaces and a structure ready to grow with the product.

A fictional order is selected and its details open in a side panel. An optimistic status update changes the table, filters and indicators. A connection error restores the original values, then a retry succeeds. No real order is changed.

05 / E-commerce

From discovery to checkout.

I worked on e-commerce interfaces for web and mobile, taking care at every stage of the purchase journey to make exploring products, choosing options, and placing an order simple and seamless.

10+ years of craft.
Amplified by AI.

Years of building have taught me where to focus, what to question and when a feature is ready. AI agents amplify that judgment, giving me more room to explore, build in parallel and refine what ships.

Illustrative concept: Nicolás delegates three tasks to three agent teams. Each large task circle contains three unnamed AI agents in smaller connected circles, for nine illustrated agents in total. Each team contributes to one example deliverable: a checkout flow, an admin dashboard and a component library. Scrolling rotates the team and agent borders and moves information packets: Nicolás sends a few packets of direction into each team, and in dark mode as those packets arrive the agent borders shift to the same lime color as the packets; each team then emits a denser stream of packets toward its deliverable to illustrate how the agents amplify that direction, completing the deliverables one by one, with feature borders also turning lime in dark mode when complete. Scrolling back reverses the animation. Nicolás retains responsibility for reviewing delivery.
